Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000 commission annually

Responsibilities:
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Navigate the Home-Buying Process: Guide your clients through the complexities of the home-buying journey while honing your problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Market Analysis: Decipher market trends that will empower your clients' decisions and strengthen your strategic thinking.
  • Negotiate Deals: Hone your negotiation abilities by securing the best deals for your clients. Every successful negotiation builds your reputation as a skilled and savvy agent while ensuring your clients' satisfaction.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Nurture long-lasting relationships that go beyond just a single transaction. You're not just building a client base; you're expanding your network and enhancing your interpersonal skills.
